TIGERS 'N TRAINING SPORTS

• The Tigers 'N Training program is designed to give kids an introduction to a few different sports that are offered through ESPR. 

• TNT sports programs are for children ages 2.5 to 5 years old.

• This is a 4 week instructional program with the first 3 weeks primarily focusing on fun drills and the final week implementing small games.
